OmnipriseCRM Ensuring Customer Relationships in 2011

January 19, 2011 | omniprise

The holidays are over: Everyone has gained about 10 pounds, gotten that new I-gadget, driven 1000 miles and oh yeah, it’s time to go back to work. So what’s next? Start off the New Year with a New Year’s resolution? Most people resolve to lose the 10 pounds gained over the holiday, not spend so much time on the I-gadget or to spend more time at home. While these are all great resolutions, what about making a resolution that revolves around making better, more informed business decisions? This year, make a company resolution that not only benefits your business, but improves employee efficiency and customer loyalty; a New Year’s resolution that builds relationships. “How you might ask?” With OmnipriseCRM. In my last blog I told you I’d be introducing you to OmnipriseCRM and explain some of the benefits. So buckle up, sit back, relax and enjoy the ride. I’ll try to keep this short and sweet. OmnipriseCRM is a Customer Relationship Management software solution enabling businesses to quickly and easily manage relationships with current and potential customers. There are three different levels of OmnipriseCRM that can be purchased; Standard, Advanced and Premium. Companies can choose from a fully hosted cloud solution or their own dedicated server option. Oh Yeah, we’re just that flexible. Today I’m introducing you to the STANDARD package which consists of five integrated modules. The star of this show is the Customer Relations module which consists of a Contact, Customer, and Opportunity Manager along with powerful Trouble Ticketing system. A simple user interface allows users to quickly enter information into the system giving sales managers the ability to manage their sales pipeline from start to finish. Competitor Analysis, Sales Stage Tracking, Opportunity Tracking and Sales Forecasting, it’s all included. But that’s not all, there’s more. It slices, it dices, it chops… hold on, I’m getting carried away; started to sound like an infomercial for a second. But, in fact there, is more. Omniprise was created for any size business allowing for growth. The Standard CRM package includes a My Organizer section allowing for user’s personal settings, system alerts and notifications, task management, Calendar system and a Document Repository. The Human Resources module provides a robust Human Resource Management system. Businesses looking to cut costs can now leverage a single software suite to manage most of their company’s internal processes. Built in reporting through the Corporate Performance module gives select users the ability to run core reports on the fly or schedule reports to run automatically. The Dashboard Management System gives both users and managers access to powerful Widgets which display graphics and/or data with drill down capability. At any given time you have access to live or historical information when YOU need it. And now to top it all off, there’s an iPhone/iPad app that puts the power of CRM right in the palm of your hand. You have internet access, you have OmnipriseCRM access. At the ballgame, shopping at the mall, waiting in the airport, it doesn’t matter. I know how crazy it can be pulling out your laptop in a crowed area. With the OmnipriseCRM app, just pull out your iPhone or iPad, press the OmnipriseCRM app and away you go. What a way to start off 2011.
