The GM Bowling Green Assembly Plant (BGAP) utilizes Hitcents’ kiosk system to accept customer credit card payments and print receipts for Corvette Plant tours and merchandise. This gives BGAP the flexibility to accept credit card payments, rather than cash only. 

The user friendly kiosk minimizes tour payment queues because customers can use the machines without the assistance of the tour coordinator, whose attention is directed to accepting cash payments and other administrative tasks. Customers select the number of people they are paying for, the screen displays the amount they will be charged, the customer swipes their credit card through the machine and a receipt is dispensed reflecting the amount of tours paid for.    

Western Kentucky University Athletics walk up ticket kiosks allow WKU sports fans to purchase tickets to men’s basketball, women’s basketball, football, volleyball, and baseball games at remote locations. The ticket kiosks can be found at local shopping malls, groceries, and convenience stores outside of WKU’s campus. These satellite ticket kiosks create convenience for customers who purchase tickets and also provide a strong visual presence for WKU that can be placed anywhere in public. The kiosks accept credit cards, as well as student identification cards and are networked to draw available tickets from select ticket pools. The kiosk machines dispense tickets and receipts and also allow users to view a seating chart of the venue to locate their purchased seats. Customers can view real-time game stats and past event results on the kiosk display as well. All graphic artwork is designed by Hitcents to suit the client’s image.
